Holiday Cheese

I just got done cutting cheese for our Christmas party on Christmas. A cute thing to do with your cheese on any holiday is to find a cookie cutter that matches that holiday (star or tree for Christmas, pumpkin or leaf for Thanksgiving, etc.) and simply cut your cheese into large rectangles and then press your cookie cutter into the cheese. Then, you gently press the cheese out of the cutter. You should have you cheese in the shape of the cookie cutter by the time you are done. Cut out as many shapes as possible from one rectangle. Then what should you do with the extras? You can sprinkle the extras on top of anything as needed. You could also take each extra of cheese and split into little pieces and then put a toothpick in it and then set it out an a tray. Merry Christmas!
